Perfect is currently looking for a Spanish language trainer in Lisbon to join our pool of Spanish language training professionals. As a Spanish language trainer with Trans
Perfect, you will deliver language classes to our clients from a variety of sectors and cultural backgrounds.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare lesson plans and deliver effective training.
2. Develop complementary course materials to meet learners’ needs.
3. Assess language levels.
4. Engage learners in the learning process and keep motivation levels high.
5. Monitor progress and evaluate learners’ performance throughout the course.
6. Apply Trans
   Perfect’s teaching methodology and adjust lessons to different
   - based learning styles.
7. Participate in Trans
   Perfect’s Language Trainer development plans and additional training.

Education and Experience

1. Native or native proficiency in Spanish (from Spain).
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
3. Minimum of 3 years' experience teaching Spanish.

Preferred Skills

1. Knowledge of the corporate business environment.
2. Knowledge of a second language.
