- Identify, investigate, and offer a solution to the technical issue.
- Provide good customer service by ensuring the customer is satisfied once the interaction is complete.
- Gather all relevant information into the system and ensure quality service.
- Stay up to date on all developments in the technical area of your work.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and advanced English.
- Experience in customer support; working with a CRM is a plus.
- Genuine caregiver; able to
- task, proactive, and good with time management. - Comfortable with phone call interactions, email writing, and social media.
