The Source to Pay (S2P) Process Expert is a specialized role responsible for designing, optimizing, and managing the
-
- end Source-to-Pay processes within the organization.

The expert collaborates with
- functional teams to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Lead the
   - out of
   - procurement projects, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced efficiency across all regions;
2. Serve as a subject matter expert on Source to Pay projects, providing
   - depth knowledge and guidance to ensure successful implementation and optimization;
3. Conduct preliminary assessments of procurement processes and develop strategic action plans for introducing the S2P process into new geographical regions;
4. Collaborate with IT and other key stakeholders during the S2P process implementation phases to ensure all processes are accurately reflected in the ERP systems;
5. Conduct internal audits of
   - procurement processes and systems, identify improvement opportunities and develop comprehensive corrective action plans;
6. Perform complex troubleshooting driving resolutions through internal and external partners as needed;
7. Evaluate new requirements and analyze new functionality to continuously optimize the system and related processes;
8. Active participation in
   -
   - day user support on issues related to the
   - procurement core processes;
9. Train main stakeholders involved in the different process steps;
10. Coordinate the creation of test scenarios to fully test the system and assure it runs according to the design concept definitions;

Your Skills:

1. Master or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related area;
2. Excellent technical knowledge of systems such as SAP and Ariba;
3. Advanced Excel & PBI skills;
4. Experience in data flow, automation, and synchronization between ERP platforms (e. g. , SAP, Ariba);
5. Extensive experience and expertise in procurement, with comprehensive knowledge of Source to Pay, as well as strategic and operational procurement processes;
6. In-depth understanding of
   -
   - pay workflows, configuration, and integration for best practices;
7. Demonstrated
   - solving and analytical skills, with great attention to detail;
8. Proven experience in leading and working within
   - functional teams to achieve goals across multiple projects;
9. Ability to take ownership and drive change.
