Solutions Sales Representative

In light of our expanding business and ambition for greater market penetration, we are strengthening our team by hiring a Sales Representative focused on the Spanish market to promote and sell ROOX solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the Spanish market to achieve defined sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong,
- term relationships with potential and existing clients, especially within the professional services and law firm sectors. - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and presenting tailored ROOX solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and participation in industry events.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and
- term collaboration. - Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Customer Support and Technical Teams, to ensure client satisfaction and seamless implementation of solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of ROOX products, services, and market trends to position the company competitively.
- Regularly report sales activities, progress, and forecasts to management.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, ideally in IT solutions or professional services.
- Strong knowledge of the Spanish market, with an established network of contacts being a plus, particularly within the legal firm sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in Spanish (native or fluent level) and English (strong working proficiency).
- Results-driven mindset with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Customer-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Availability to travel frequently within Spain and occasionally to Portugal or other locations as needed.
- Valid driver’s license.
