Adecco Recruitment is looking for a Voice Solution Architect to join an exciting and
- impact project. If you have experience in IP-based call center solutions, a passion for voice and data architecture, and are seeking a new challenge in a leading company, this opportunity is for you!

What You’ll Do

1. Architecture & Design: Develop and implement technical architecture solutions for voice platforms. Collaborate with business architects to optimize and refine communication networks. Assess existing voice and data infrastructures and propose improvements.
2. Technical Leadership & Problem-Solving: Design and evolve converged telephony platforms. Analyze and troubleshoot IP traffic flows, Wireshark logs, and SIP headers. Ensure efficient API integration and data flow management.
3. Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and system optimization. Mentor teams in Cloud-Native solution development. Manage stakeholders and translate technical solutions for
   - technical audiences.

What We’re Looking For

1. Experience: 9-12 years in voice architecture, IP telephony, or network engineering.
2. Technical Knowledge: Cisco, Genesys, IVR, IVA.
3. Analytical Skills: Expertise in debugging, troubleshooting, and SIP analysis.
4. Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and influence skills.
5. Agile Mindset: Experience working in Agile methodologies.
6. Nice to Have (Not Mandatory): CCIE, CCNP, CCVP, or CCDP certifications.
7. A degree in Computer Science, Networks, or related fields.
