Solution Consultant (Data Analytic & AI)
Job Purpose:
We are looking for an energetic, dedicated technical business development professional to work as a bridge between the Reseller/VARs/Solution partners and
- users (e. g. engineering or design teams). Application Engineers/Solution Consultants would be responsible for utilizing
- users’ and reseller’s input and sales information to ensure and support the integration of solutions and services, addressing customer’s business requirements and challenges over multiple locations within the region.
Responsibilities:
Directs and coordinates Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Consulting & Technical Support services activities and provides expertise to customers together with the VARs by performing technical discussions, solution demonstrations, deployment and installation, mentoring, implementation, maintenance, etc. to position and adoption of a wide range of Vendor applications and portfolio.
- Organize and conduct enablement activities such as solution and workflow presentations, trainings/mentoring, workshops, webinars, seminars covering Vendor / Business Unit solutions and products for resellers and their customers.
- Analyze customer enquiries and map/develop solutions.
- Conduct technical discussions and understand customer workflow, pain points, and accordingly arrange/recommend solutions and services.
- Identify the measured outcome from any delivered activity, increase productivity, user learning curve, etc.
- Organize and deliver training courses and mentoring sessions for relevant solution sets and product areas.
- Deliver product presentations to customers (in-house, fairs, etc. ) and tradeshows, webinars, etc.
- Deliver online training courses (internet) for sales partners and their customers.
- Provide project support for customer projects (billable).
- Support Business Unit staff with Vendor
- related topics. - Create, document and publish hard and software benchmarks in the Vendor environment.
- Write
- specific articles for
- house and external professional media (e. g. Business Unit Portal). - Active participation in marketing initiatives conducted by Business Units for technical, application purposes.
- Be an Industry/subject matter expert on allocated product group.
- Work with customers and partners to find out the trend of any ongoing issue and accordingly work with the Vendor to mitigate the issue.
- Understand customer issues and perform troubleshooting.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience:
Because Solution Consultants operate at the intersection of the Vendor, Value Added Resellers, and
- user customers, they must possess strong communication abilities, excellent mathematical skills, and the capacity to facilitate teamwork across departments. Solution Consultants are uniquely talented in both customer success and services and
- oriented, proficient in analytical tasks, and should be excellent communicators, both orally and in writing.
- Multiple years (3+ years preferred) of experience in a similar role.
About the role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and
- driven EMEA Adobe Technical Presales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be working as part of the EMEA Center of Excellence for Data, AI and Applications supporting the Adobe sales teams, gaining accreditation and subject matter expert expertise (predominantly for one vendor), working internally/externally with the partner base and sales organization on defining less complex solutions and projects for partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to design and configure vendor solutions, including defining a Bill of Materials to meet customer requirements.
- Provide outstanding quality of service and meet predefined customer service level agreements (SLAs).
- Communicate product and technology information to educate internal and external audiences.
- Address product/solution inquiries from internal/external sales, vendors, and resellers.
- Maintain
- level technical contacts within assigned vendors. - Achieve the required level of technical knowledge in product or technology groups and obtain any necessary
- related accreditations. - Support the Business Solution Centre (BSC) to enhance sales activity and improve partner utilization rates.
- Deliver technical support for presales, including proofs of concept, demonstrations, and technical webinars for key stakeholders such as local and EU BDMs.
Key Skills and Experience:
- 2 years minimum experience in working in a similar role with Adobe products.
- Existing knowledge of Adobe product and technology portfolio is mandatory for this seniority of role.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, priority management, and planning skills.
- IT industry knowledge – Channel, Vendors, Competition, and End User is desirable but not mandatory depending on seniority of role.
