Central Functions support the board as well as the business in achieving its strategic objectives. These are, for example, Information Technology, Human Resources, Logistics, Compliance, Finance and many more.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust Web and e
  Commerce solutions using Liferay and Salesforce platforms
• Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Collaborate with
  - functional global teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to develop teams
• Ensure best practices in software development and project management, with a focus on Agile and SAFe methodologies
• Conduct regular code reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Web and e
  Commerce

Minimum Requirements:

• Successfully completed studies (Bachelor's degree) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or comparable
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably with Agile and SAFe methodologies
• Proven technical expertise in Liferay and/or Salesforce e
  Commerce platforms, minimum 5 years of experience
• Strong understanding of web technologies, including Java, Java Script, HTML, CSS and RESTful APIs
• Excellent
  - solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Certifications in Agile, SAFe, or related methodologies and/or relevant certifications in Liferay, Salesforce, or related content management technologies are a plus
• English fluent in spoken and written
