About the Role

As a Solution Architect (f/m/d) in Manufacturing & Product Ops, you will be part of a
- driven and
- focused team with a strong technical, analytical, and product background. You will analyze and evaluate products to align with D&A’s current and future needs by identifying product performance opportunities.

How You’ll Make an Impact

1. Engage in product and project management work and collaborate closely with other team members to provide product insights and recommendations for improvement.
2. Communicate ideas and demonstrate the ability to mock up design architecture while being aware of the requirements.
3. Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data presentation to understand the products beyond the numbers.
4. Build strong business relationships, understand needs, and translate requirements while balancing business needs with value.
5. Define and analyze metrics that inform product success and monitor the health of D&A product adoption in the markets served.
6. Influence product teams through
   - based recommendations presented via
   - up designs.
7. Stay updated on the latest developments in data science principles and techniques to support
   - driven
   - making.
8. Contribute to the ED&AA global team as a data science thought leader.

What You Bring

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or related field with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a solution architect or in a comparable role.
2. Hands-on experience working collaboratively with product teams and directly with clients, translating their needs into strong relationships.
3. Excellent analytical skills and expertise in making
   - driven decisions, including knowledge of statistics and experience with statistical software (SAS, Pivot Tables).
4. Experience in product optimization and skills in programming languages (Python, SQL, etc. ).
5. Deep knowledge in AWS and experience designing solutions that include AWS services; experience in the energy sector is a plus.
6. Strong customer orientation,
   - mindedness, and willingness to learn, with excellent communication skills in a multicultural environment.
7. Result-driven with excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, passionate about data and analytics.
8. Fluency in spoken and written English; knowledge of German or another language is a plus.
