THE ROLE

We are seeking a key role within our dynamic and
- growing Legal Department. The Solicitor to be hired will have strong attention to detail, efficiency in document management, and expertise in obtaining public records while ensuring compliance with legal standards.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• 1-2 years experience in the area.
• Degree in Law or Solicitor.
• Experience in managing processes.
• Strong analytical and organization skills, with deep detail orientation.
• Availability and strong commitment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team player and cooperative spirit.
• Proactive, determined, and high communication skills.
• Expertise in Office tools.
• English and Portuguese: perfect proficiency, written and spoken fluency (mandatory factor).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparation and execution of notarial acts and registration acts.
• Drafting and submission of requests for certificates and statements (online or by application).
• Support in document management, including dispatch, digitalization, and archiving of processes.
• Obtaining public documents.
