Tech company operating in 17 markets worldwide. They are looking for a Software Engineering Team Lead to join their diverse team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading and guiding a team of software engineers in the development and delivery of
- quality software products. This role combines technical expertise with leadership and communication skills to drive the success of the team and the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and motivate your software engineering team, promoting collaboration and high performance.
2. Project Management: Oversee project timelines, resources, and priorities, ensuring timely and
   - friendly delivery of software solutions.
3. Technical Expertise: Offer technical direction, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices and software quality standards.
4. Architecture & Design: Participate in key architectural decisions and designs, focusing on scalability, performance, and
   - term maintainability of systems.
5. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to align project goals and requirements.
6. Problem Solving: Lead in resolving complex technical challenges and troubleshooting issues within the team.
7. Process Optimisation: Continuously assess and enhance development tools, processes, and methodologies for greater team efficiency.
8. Mentorship: Support team members’ growth through mentoring and skill development initiatives.
9. Code Quality: Uphold coding standards, ensuring high code quality, maintainability, and proper documentation.
10. Risk Management: Identify and address potential project risks, proactively resolving challenges to ensure smooth progress.

What You Bring:

1. Proven Software Engineering Experience: A solid track record of delivering successful software development projects.
2. Software Design Knowledge: Expertise in software design patterns, architecture, and system scalability considerations.
3. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in one or more key programming languages and technologies such as. NET or equivalent, Microservices, and both Sync and Async communication.
4. Leadership & Project Management: Demonstrated experience leading teams, managing projects, and motivating others to achieve goals.
5. Tools & Version Control: Experience working with version control systems and project management tools to maintain smooth workflows.
6. Agile Best Practices: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and commitment to software development best practices.
