We are a central function working across the following domains: Technology Operations, Cyber Security, Product, Engineering, Enterprise Applications, Logistics, Architecture and Portfolio; across the UK and Europe.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Software Engineer with experience in. Net frameworks to join our dynamic team. This role involves contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of
- scale systems, ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to high standards of quality and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate within a
  - functional team to design, develop, and maintain scalable and distributed systems.
• Work towards making our systems reliable, scalable, and secure.
• Assist in ensuring systems align with client needs and product objectives.
• Engage in continuous
  - improvement to bring innovative solutions and practices to the team.
• Contribute to mentoring peers in coding standards, system design, and best practices.

Relationships:

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to understand and address key problems.
• Work alongside the Technical Lead to balance value delivery with code quality.
• Participate actively in the community for idea exchange, best practices, and lessons learned.
• Offer mentorship and support to team members.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering.
• Familiarity with Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, and Clean Code principles.
• Strong
  - solving abilities.

Additional Notes:

This role includes a hybrid working arrangement from our Coimbra office.
