Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Be part of an agile team to develop a scalable, highly available global voice platform.
2. Understand performance and scalability principles and apply when developing software.
3. Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Engineering leaders and test engineers.
4. Mentor and train junior team members.

Key Skills:

1. 2+ years of industry experience in software development and troubleshooting, preferably VOIP systems.
2. Hands on experience writing Microservices using Java, Spring Framework.
3. Experience with Software engineering best practices including following Design Patterns.
4. Experience with Distributed databases such as Cockroach
   DB.
5. Experience working on complex problems and systems involving distributed environments.
6. Experience working on web frameworks such as React. js.
7. Experience with Kubernetes environments is a plus.
8. Understanding of VOIP protocols like SIP, RTP, RTCP, Web
   RTC is a plus.
9. Experience working within an Agile team and contributing towards team processes.
10. Positive,
    - motivated and enthusiastic attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
11. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
