- class demonstrators and proofs of concepts to drive high levels of software and hardware assurance. To support this journey, we are actively seeking a Software Engineer with a focus on Cloud and AI to join our team.

WHO?

VORTEX-Co
Lab is looking for an exceptional Software Engineer - AI/ML Software Engineer with a BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar, specializing in AI/ML Software Engineer technologies with a strong emphasis on data analytics and that gathers the following requirements:

• 4-6 years of professional experience in software development;
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider's AI/ML platform (e. g. , Google Cloud Vertex AI, Microsoft Azure AI/Machine Learning, or AWS Sage
  Maker);
• Proficiency in AI frameworks such as Tensor
  Flow or Py
  Torch;
• Nice to have Experience with the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana);
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems and best practices;
• Strong
  - solving skills with the ability to be independent preferably with coaching experience, collaborative environment;
• Experience in Agile methodologies, in particular Scrum;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to
  - technical stakeholders;
• Experience with version control systems, specifically Git.

WHAT?

As an AI/ML Software Engineer at Vortex-Co
Lab, you will work with a
- functional team of other researchers and engineers to support R&D projects related to our innovation team in perception activities as well as robotics and advanced simulations.

How you can expect to fill your days:

• Implement and integrate
  - based AI/ML solutions on platforms like Google Cloud Vertex AI, Microsoft Azure AI/Machine Learning, or AWS Sage
  Maker;
• Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven software solutions using AI frameworks such as Tensor
  Flow or Py
  Torch;
• Utilize data ingestion, storage, and analysis tools to manage and analyze large datasets;
• Work with CI/CD systems to automate and streamline the development process;
• Perform data fusion from multiple sources to create comprehensive data models and insights;
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components;
• Apply Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, to manage and deliver projects effectively;
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and domains as required by projects;
• Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment;
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to
  - technical stakeholders.
