We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and ambitious Software Engineer who wants to develop their career in a

In this role, you’ll have a unique opportunity to embrace a highly complex technical challenge of building a financial software product used globally by thousands of people. On your

- day, you’ll work with the entire development team, tackling the daily challenges, leading discussions about architectural integrity and compliance with design patterns. You’ll also have the chance to guide and mentor junior developers, reviewing their code, ensuring best practices and steering their professional careers in the right direction.

You’re also expected to collaborate with clients, working together with Support to ensure we provide the best service to help them achieve their goals and improve their current processes.

About you

• 5+ years’ experience developing in C#, C++, WPF, React, and SQL Server, with a proven track record of developing
  - quality software.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing development teams and projects.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences and being a great team player.
• Advanced
  - solving skills with the ability to think strategically and innovatively.
• Strong ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and continuously update knowledge in a rapidly evolving field.
• Experience with testing and validation processes to ensure the software meets all requirements and quality standards.
• "Can do, will do" attitude. Resilient and optimistic in the face of adversity.
• Availability to travel to the UK for training and
  - building events.
