What You’ll Do:

1. Solve a scaling bottleneck in a critical service
2. Deploy a new feature to production, progressively rolling it out with feature flags
3. Investigate and fix a production issue from a service your team owns
4. Design a way to scale up a service for more traffic
5. With your team, plan the most important projects to work on next

Who You Are:

1. You have significant experience in one or more languages
2. You value code simplicity and performance
3. You can design architecture to solve problems at high scale
4. You have a BS/MS/Ph
   D in a scientific field or equivalent experience
5. You want to work in a fast,
   - growth startup environment that respects its engineers and customers
