The Banking IT Services are on their way to implementing an innovative voice and chatbot solution in the Swiss banking sector. To realize this ambitious vision, we rely on globally leading technology providers, being supported by a strategic integration partner for the initial setup.

We're seeking a visionary Software Architect who can deliver exceptional client value by ensuring seamless integration of
- edge cloud and AI technology with backend systems, all while ensuring compliance with the bank's security standards. You will be the central figure for the conceptual development of the voice and chatbot architecture, built on a cloud service platform.

Description of main tasks:

1. As the Architecture Owner, you are responsible for the development and maintenance of the target architecture for the voice and chatbot solution, based on the overarching solution architecture, including core components and the service interface to backend systems.
2. Alongside the Delivery Team Lead and Product Owner, you will form a leadership trio to guide the delivery team as part of our agile work and collaboration.
3. You will advise the Product Owner on
   - related questions, as well as on technical and security aspects of the product roadmap, and support the creation and approval of necessary architectural artifacts.
4. You will coordinate application operations and incident resolution.
5. You will create sustainable architectural documentation and guidelines (especially in the role of Security Ambassador) around the voice and chatbot field in a cloud context, ensuring they are implemented.

1. Strong conflict resolution skills when dealing with a wide range of stakeholders.
2. Solid experience as a Software Architect in the conception, design, development, and operation of cloud solutions (AWS preferred) and good knowledge of IT architecture.
3. Extensive knowledge and experience in the operational use of microservices (on Kubernetes clusters), Java applications, Python applications, and Dev
   Ops (including CI/CD).
4. Knowledge and experience in data modeling techniques.
5. Knowledge in ensuring application security for cloud applications.

1. A bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Business Administration, with further education in Cloud, AI, or IT Architecture.
