As a Social Media Coordinator (Freelancer), you will be instrumental in bringing our social media strategy to new heights. Working closely with the Creative & Social Media Manager, you will manage the operational aspects of social media content creation and reporting while ensuring collaboration with internal teams.
This is a freelance position, based in Lisbon, as it involves occasional
- office content creation. You’ll work approximately 15-20 hours per week with flexible working hours, but you will need to ensure that deadlines are met.
Your Tasks
- Collaborate with team members to execute the social media strategy developed by the Social Media Manager.
- Manage the operational workflow for social media content, including:
- Briefing and requesting assets from designers.
- Writing compelling copy and captions for posts.
- Scheduling and posting content.
- Sending content for review and approval.
- Coordinating content creation processes. - Conduct regular social media performance reporting and analysis.
- Support occasional
- office content creation and coordination.
You Bring
- 3+ years managing social platforms or creating content that resonates.
- A passion for Social Media: You’re on the pulse of emerging trends, platforms, and formats, with an innate passion for all things social.
- Talent for words and storytelling: Writing compelling copy and captions comes naturally to you, and you can adapt your tone and style to match any brand voice.
- Organizational excellence: From scheduling posts to managing reviews, you ensure that everything runs smoothly and deadlines are met.
- Data-driven mindset: You love diving into social media metrics to analyze what’s working, what’s not, and how to improve.
- Collaborative spirit: You thrive working with creative teams, designers, and internal stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
