What you'll do

• Support in finalizing and refining the new social audit concept
• Evaluate proposed tech platforms (Trustrace vs. Origin) to consolidate data and provide an HRDD dashboard.
• Develop a transition and implementation plan and roadmap from the old to the new system.
• Review and ensure that all existing and new CSDDD reporting standards are fulfilled.

What you’ll bring

• Degree in Business Informatics, IT, Applied Computer Sciences, Economics
• Project management and stakeholder communication
• Experience in ESG data management and product compliance (understanding system landscape)
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices
• Strong analytical skills
• Leadership in change management (entrepreneurial, visionary)
• Influential communication skills (able to challenge and influence
  - making)
• Team management
• Background in fashion industry is a plus
