Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your career? We are seeking a SOC Engineer to join our dynamic team at Felps Lisboa.

Responsibilities:

• Define a technological approach to address security operations challenges.
• Develop, implement, and support security platforms and systems that sustain operations.
• Collaborate with existing teams to identify potential system improvements and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct regular assessments to ensure proper integration and functionality of security systems.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of new security solutions.
• Stay up to date with relevant trends and technological advancements.
• Document and maintain records of work performed.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Computer Engineering, Electrotechnical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong
  - solving skills.
• Experience with scripting and programming (Python or equivalent).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and experience with SOC platforms.
• Experience in implementing and managing security platforms (XDR/EDR, SIEM, and SOAR).
• Solid understanding of Linux operating systems.
• Strong analytical skills, critical and creative thinking.
• Sense of responsibility, proactivity, autonomy, and dynamism.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build
  - based relationships.

Valued skills:

• Databases and logging systems.
• In-depth and
  - level knowledge of operating systems (Windows and UNIX).
• Networks and cybersecurity.
• Experience with automation and CI/CD tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Helm.
• Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
