We are seeking a highly experienced and
- on Snowflake Data Engineering Architect / Specialist to lead the evaluation, implementation, and enablement of Snowflake-based data solutions. This role will serve as a critical bridge between technology and business stakeholders, ensuring scalable, secure, and
- performing data platforms that meet enterprise needs. The ideal candidate will combine technical depth with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Snowflake Evaluation & Implementation:

• Assess Snowflake’s capabilities in data processing, storage, analytics, and integration.
• Benchmark and recommend new Snowflake features aligned with business and technical goals.
• Deploy Snowflake following best practices, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer to engineering teams.

Architecture & Strategy:

• Define and implement Snowflake-based solutions that align with business strategy and architectural principles.
• Lead performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting efforts for Snowflake infrastructure.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose robust, automated solutions.

Security & Governance:

• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
• Manage user roles, access, certificates, and perform regular patch updates.

Customer Enablement & Engagement:

• Act as a Snowflake evangelist with both internal teams and external customers.
• Support sales cycles including demos,
  -
  - concepts, and solution design.
• Present technical concepts and business value to stakeholders and executive audiences.

Collaboration & Innovation:

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Market teams to enhance Snowflake adoption.
• Conduct deep discovery of client architecture to align Snowflake within their data ecosystem.
• Drive continuous improvement and advocate for automation and scalable practices.

Technical Skills & Experience:

• 10–15 years in data engineering or architecture, with extensive Snowflake expertise.
• Proven
  - on experience with AWS and
  - based data services.
• Expertise in modern data pipeline tools such as Matillion, Fivetran, DBT, Airflow, Astronomer.
• Strong understanding of data lake, data mesh, and data fabric concepts.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Snowflake performance tuning, and analytics.
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and version control systems like Git.
• Solid foundation in ETL, data warehousing, and
  - scale database architecture.
• Ability to deliver architectural presentations, whiteboarding sessions, and demos.
