We are currently looking for a Slovak/Czech Collections/Financial Services Representative to join the team of a multinational company.

Location: Porto

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, hybrid regime

Your mission:

1. Credit and collections;
2. Handle disputes, cash applications and the billing needed;
3. Online and telephone contact with external/internal customers within functional area and completing any related administration;
4. Validate or complete accurate and timely reporting.

1. Fluency in English and Slovak/Czech (at least C1 level);
2. At least 6 months' experience in a similar position;
3. Good computer skills, including advanced Excel proficiency;
4. Dynamism, proactivity and initiative;
5. Good interpersonal skills and customer focus, with strong communication skills;
6. High sense of responsibility and team spirit.
