Job Description:

Responsibilities - your mission:

1. Design innovative
   - on learning solutions on Skywise in adherence with Skywise learning strategy and Skywise new features roadmap.
2. Deliver live virtual sessions on Foundry & Skywise capabilities as well as AWS EMR (Processing), AWS MSK (Data Transfer), and AWS ATHENA (Querying) capabilities to all Skywise users: Airbus, Airlines, and Third-party companies.
3. Design, develop and maintain our own Skywise Academy application on Skywise to communicate on the Skywise Academy learning services, allow people to register for live sessions, and monitor/report on metrics and statistics for the full range of our learning services and customers.
4. Connect and animate a network of Skywise Trainers (+50 people) located in all countries and functions of Airbus, supporting Skywise Academy in designing and delivering learning solutions on Skywise for Airbus users.
5. Constantly develop and update your technical skills as a power user of Skywise whilst contributing to related communities of practices (Digital Product Management, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence).

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:

1. Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field with> 7 years of experience.
2. Functional knowledge such as delivery of learning solutions and/or
   - facing experience.
3. Working experience with Scrum, SAFe or Kanban projects.
4. Team-oriented -
   - solving skills.
5. Advanced level of English.
