Cross Border Talents is searching for an experienced Site Supervisor for our client, an Israeli civil construction company.

The client is located in the Bahamas for the installation of plumbing systems in a new resort unit.

As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

1. Supervising and supporting the installation and testing of hydraulic works
   - site.
2. Leading multiple teams at different points of the installation.
3. Performing all hydraulic daily duties.
4. Using drawings, technical manuals, and manufacturer literature.
5. Using precision measuring tools and instruments.
6. Providing work instructions to assigned crews with detailed technical and work instructions.
7. Preparing material tools and safety precautions for assigned jobs.
8. Ensuring quality performance of all assigned work.
9. Preparing and delivering reports that summarize work activity.
10. Creating or supporting installation documentation.
11. Handling site problem reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred).
• Fluent in English.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Experience with plumbing system installation: domestic water, drainage, sanitary fixtures, and water heaters.
• Able to deal with drawings, technical manuals, and manufacturer literature.
• Experience providing work instructions.
• Experience preparing material tools and safety precautions for assigned jobs.
• Availability to live in the Bahamas during the project (1 year).
