Responsibilities

• Application Support: Provide application support in the SRE domain, ensuring system availability and performance.
• Monitoring: Demonstrate a passion for monitoring by analyzing problems, collecting evidence, identifying root causes, and finding solutions.
• Log and Metrics Validation: Proactively propose and validate logs and metrics to detect potential issues.
• System Improvements: Suggest improvements to logging, metrics, and alerting systems to optimize operational performance.
• Collaboration on Platforms: Work with collaborative platforms such as Jira, Confluence, and Git
  Lab.
• Stakeholder Interaction: Adapt communication to effectively engage with various stakeholders (business, engineering, etc. ).
• System Analysis: Understand various distinct systems and their functionalities within an ecosystem.
• Travel Availability: Be available for travel to Porto, Azambuja, and Madrid.
• On-Call: Availability to perform
  - call preventive duties.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Experience: Over 3 years of experience in application support in the SRE domain.
• Technical Knowledge: SQL, Kibana, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Grafana, AWS, Shell.
• Retail Experience: Knowledge of the retail sector is a plus.
• Proactivity: Ability to suggest improvements to platforms and tools to facilitate daily work.
• Communication Skills: Ability to adapt communication to different audiences.
