We are looking for an Amazing: SRE

Seniority: Middle senior

Type of position: Hybrid

The amazing you, will have:

• More than 3 years of experience in Application Support and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Analytical mindset – able to identify repeated errors and investigate them thoroughly.
• Experience operationalizing microservices and ensuring smooth operations.
• Strong knowledge of the following technologies:
• Shell scripting, ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, AWS, Kafka (nice to have), Databases (Postgre
  SQL, My
  SQL)
• Collaborative platforms (Jira, Confluence, Git
  Lab)
• Ability to understand complex systems, their functionalities, and integration within the larger ecosystem.
• Proactive in validating logs and metrics to detect potential issues before they escalate.
• Skilled in identifying improvements for systems, processes, and tools to support
  -
  - day operations.
• Adaptable communication style to effectively engage both technical and
  - technical stakeholders.
• Ability to understand and communicate with customers who may not have a technical background.
• Previous experience or knowledge in retail systems is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
