What are you going to do?

• Provide technical leadership and direction in adopting new technologies and methodologies to enhance system reliability and efficiency within the Observability stack;
• Ensure that security standards and best practices are followed across all infrastructure and operational processes to maintain a secure environment;
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of monitoring, alerting, metrics, logs, and traces, ensuring a rapid and effective response to issues;
• Optimize cloud infrastructure costs without compromising on the availability and performance of the Observability stack;
• Lead the SRE and Observability teams, ensuring systems and infrastructure are reliable, resilient, scalable, and automated;
• Drive transformation strategies for the observability stack, enhancing efficiency and scalability by leveraging Saa
  S solutions;
• Promote ongoing improvements in system architecture, deployment processes, and operational workflows through automation and innovative solutions;
• Collaborate closely with
  - functional teams and stakeholders to define, prioritize, and build
  - performance, scalable systems that meet business objectives;
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing, ensuring teams stay updated and improve their technical expertise.

What are we looking for?

• Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline;
• 5 years of experience as SRE;
• Proven leadership experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar role, especially within SRE and Dev
  Ops;
• Proficiency in using monitoring and logging tools (such as Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, ELK, Loki), along with tracing platforms like Jaeger and Open
  Telemetry;
• In-depth knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), as well as Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible);
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Go, and SQL, alongside expertise in networking protocols (HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP);
• Experience in automating workflows and managing CI/CD pipelines;
• Strong analytical mindset and a knack for solving complex problems, with an emphasis on driving continuous innovation and improvement;
• A high level of proficiency in English (Advanced level).
