YOUR ROLE

• Identify category trends/key growth levers and define the category vision, together with the Marketing team
• Analyze shopper dynamics and define shopper marketing strategy per client
• Develop assortment & shelf strategy / planograms recommendation for trade partners
• Work on category management projects with key Clients; steer project implementation &
  - up on results
• Guarantee innovation listing &
  - visibility in launch momentums
• Collaborate with Marketing, NRM and Sales team to develop and implement sales promotion / activation in clients
• Support Field Team with Shopper / Category intel and shelf guidelines
• Support Merchandising Team with layout guidelines on
  - visibility placements

YOUR SKILLS

• Min. 2 – 3 years of experience in Shopper Marketing / Category Management
• Educational Background related to Business Administration and Economics
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
• Analytical thinking
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to negotiate / deal with stakeholders
• Good attitude and entrepreneurial mindset
• Location: Lisbon or nearby based
