Job Description:

1. Responsibility:

Our customers are very demanding when it comes to buying
- quality items. You will use tact and taste in advising them what to choose from our extensive range of
- name textiles, perfumes, cosmetics, or accessories. As well as offering advice, you must make sure that the merchandise on view is presented to create a suitable ambience and pleasant atmosphere.

2. Duties:

1. Actively selling and advising customers throughout the shop, with good powers of persuasion and a friendly attitude, as well as being clearly focused on successfully concluding a sale (expert advice, actively approaching customers, offering
   - ranging advice, related sales).
2. Responsible organisation of your own Shop department in consultation with the Shop Manager.
3. Responsible organisation of your own stock area (stock management) in consultation with the Shop Manager.
4. Constantly updating/refining merchandise presentation.
5. Dressing the shop, the shop window, and the display cabinets in consultation with the Shop Manager.
6. Ensuring that quality merchandise is supplied in the correct quantities by passing on to the Shop Manager information from clearance sales and from meeting customer demand.
7. Correct implementation of payment transactions.
8. Carrying out stocktaking duties.
9. Cleaning the shops and stores.
10. Increasing guest satisfaction.
11. Helping out with sales promotion campaigns.
12. Complying with safety regulations; taking part in safety drills.

3. Qualifications/professional experience:

1. Professional training in the service/trade sector and/or professional experience in sales (preferably textiles, perfumery, watches, and/or jewellery).
2. Excellent skills in German and a good knowledge of English.
3. PC experience.
4. Good general education.
