About The Role

We have an incredible opportunity for a Service
Now Technical Platform Owner to join our SDO functional team. As a Service
Now Technical Platform Owner, you will be responsible for the technical backbone of a global enterprise platform in the GBS team, combining development expertise with platform support to deliver seamless service experiences for 3000+ users worldwide. This role involves architecting, building, and maintaining Service
Now solutions that power the enterprise operations and being the
- to expert for complex development projects and critical support needs, ensuring our platform runs at peak performance.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

1. Custom Development and Integration: design and develop custom Service
   Now applications and integrations.
2. Configuration and Workflow Optimization: configure OOTB functionalities and optimize workflows for efficiency.
3. Technical Support: provide L2/L3 technical support and resolve complex platform issues.
4. Reporting and Analytics: create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
5. Platform Automation and Improvement: implement automated solutions for recurring issues and drive continuous improvements.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED?

1. Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
2. Service
   Now Expertise: 3+ years of
   - on experience with Service
   Now development, including OOTB configuration and customization.
3. Technical Skills: proficiency in Java
   Script, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP API integrations.
4. Workflow and Automation: expertise in workflow design, process automation, and incident management.
5. Reporting and Analytics: experience in creating reports, dashboards, and leveraging performance analytics tools.
6. Problem-Solving: strong analytical abilities and proven track record of technical issue resolution in enterprise environments.
7. Soft Skills: excellent communication, customer service orientation, and full professional proficiency in English.
