ServiceNow Technical Expert
Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Providing global level 1 and/or level 2 support to users and key users;
- Resolving or escalating incidents;
- Contributing to the service catalogue maintenance;
- Testing monthly releases and upgrades.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or similar;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Service
Now similar roles; - Previous experience providing user support;
- ITIL V4 will be valued;
- Listening to people and hearing about their concerns;
- Fluency in English;
- Knowledge of French is a plus.
