Now Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in simplifying and automating
- wide technology solutions. You’ll work closely with business and technology teams to design, implement, and optimize Service
Now solutions, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and innovation across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze business needs, challenges, and goals to design tailored Service
  Now solutions
• Define scalable,
  - impact architectures that integrate seamlessly with existing systems
• Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) to showcase the value of new solutions

Build & Deliver

• Lead cross-functional teams, including developers and administrators, to bring solutions to life
• Configure and customize Service
  Now modules and workflows to meet business requirements
• Ensure smooth integration between Service
  Now and other enterprise applications
• Oversee testing and validation, guaranteeing performance and reliability
• Train end-users and support teams to ensure seamless adoption
• Continuously monitor and optimize system performance
• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new Service
  Now features, trends, and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Service
  Now architecture and implementation
• Strong knowledge of the Service
  Now product suite, including:
• HR Service Delivery Pro, Customer Service Management, ITSM Pro, IT Asset Management
• Security Operations, App Engine Studio, Automation Hub, IT Operations Management
• Ability to translate business needs into smart, scalable solutions

Nice-to-Haves (but not mandatory!)

Now certifications (Certified Technical Architect, Expert/Professional Application Developer)
