Job Description:

Responsibilities

1. Act as senior technical authority in a
   - scale Service
   Now implementation across multiple teams.
2. Design technical solutions by translating business requirements within complex business contexts into
   -
   - class, performant, scalable, resilient Service
   Now technical designs.
3. Contribute to influencing change of business processes that can be optimized for better resulting technical designs.
4. Actively contribute in the architect and developer community through coaching and knowledge sharing towards all community members.
5. Support the architectural decision process of the teams within the ART.
6. Be responsible for the architectural decision process of the ART.
7. Connect generic design inputs from product vendors (e. g. , Service
   Now) and service partners (e. g. , Service
   Now implementation partners) within the company's business context and industry regulatory constraints; orchestrate pragmatic and balanced technical decisions in such complex environments.
8. Create design standards for a hybrid implementation team (internal and external, local/regional and near/off-shore).
9. Support CA in creating architectural governance processes.
10. Stay up to date with the
    - evolving Service
    Now platform products with a heavy focus on core platform functionalities and relevant modules for the ART.
