Job Description:

At Capgemini Portugal, we are searching for a Service
Now IT Operations Management to reinforce our teams.

If you have at least 4 years of experience working with Service
Now, your place is with us!

You will be joining our team and working closely with our clients.

What are we looking for?

1. Degree in Computer Science or similar;
2. At least 4 years of experience in development with Service
   Now products;
3. Serve as Technical Consultant for ITOM (CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Cloud Management, Hardware Asset Management) implementations.
4. Provide
   - on development including creation, configuration, and customization of patterns, Discovery Schedules, Event rules, application fields, business rules, client scripts, user roles and groups, access controls, and more on the various system applications.
5. Develop integrations to existing IT Operations Management tools using Service
   Now workflows, scripting, and web services/REST APIs as required.
6. Integrate Service
   Now ITOM modules with various enterprise monitoring tools, automating alerts and application management tools using
   - shelf plugins and API methods.
7. Utilize your operational experience, Service
   Now Sys Admin, and Service
   Now best practices.
8. Experience in communicating and implementing the ITIL CMDB Model.
9. Experience in populating CMDB solutions and managing CMDB health metrics.
10. Consulting experience as a key technical resource leading the development and delivery of ITOM solutions in client environments.
11. Work in a dynamic environment using agile methodology to deliver client requests.
12. Certifications are a plus.
