Your mission will be…
- Interact directly with customer to identify the best solutions to achieve customer’s goals, in full alignment with platform technical best practices;
- Act in full coordination with the Product Owners for other modules/processes to build standard, comprehensive, and
- usable solutions; - Liaise between the HR department and the development team to understand the organization's HR-related requirements and translate them into technical specifications;
- Support Product Owners and customer representative stakeholder about ongoing defects;
- Create and manage features, maintenance, and prod issues stories

- end (Define and create stories based on identified improvement areas or customer request, support Dev
Ops for requirement clarification, test solution before release or coordinate with testing teams); - Coordinate implementation activities interacting both with customer (screen requirement, identify solutions, set timelines and expectations), Development Teams (actively discuss technical solutions) and Product Owners (ensure alignment with Global HR Business processes);
- Ensure that Dev
Ops activities are aligned with the expected outputs within the agreed timelines; - Act as a Demand Manager for new customer requests (Integration of new services, new module requirements, features etc. );
- Assess User Experience aspects of any new or transformed service/feature to always achieve user satisfaction.
We are looking for someone with…
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields;
- At least 3 years of proven work experience with Service configuration and customization (HRSD modules knowledge is preferable);
- Knowledge about Service
Now reporting and data structure; - Knowledge and proven work experience about Agile and Scrum methodologies;
- Experience in designing and analyzing processes;
- Ability to understand abstract business requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
- Used to act in an international environment with virtual teams;
- Strong analytical capabilities needed to be able to overlook the complex integration aspects and dependencies;
- Communication skills (Customer, Service Manager, Service Provider, Product Owners, Developers);
- Strong customer orientation;
- Experience working in agile teams and with agile technologies.
