What do you need to have:

Hard Skills:

1. 4 - 5 years of experience
2. Service
   Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
3. Service
   Now Certified Implementation Specialist (in one of the modules)
4. Service
   Now Certified Application Specialist - Performance Analytics (CAS-PA)
5. Service
   Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)
6. Professional Scrum Master
7. Fluency in English
