Role Overview:

We are looking for a Service
Now Expert to integrate our teams in one of the largest insurance groups in the world, present in 64 countries. It’s a hybrid model.

What you will do:

• Maintaining, supporting and improving a Service Management tool based on Service
  Now technology;
• Overseeing the final resolution of the most impactful and recurring incidents affecting the client's products;
• Resolving or escalating Incidents;
• Escalating RITM (Request for IT Service Management);
• Supporting Product Catalogues, monthly releases, and upgrades.

What you are like:

• Experience in Service
  Now;
• Proficiency with Service
  Now products;
• Proficiency in ITIL and managing IPC (Incident, Problem and Change) processes;
• Proficiency in English;
• Knowledge and/or experience working with the French language is a plus.
• Work on challenging projects for big clients;
