As a Service
Now Developer, you will be responsible for developing and designing technical solutions on the Service
Now platform, specifically within the IRM, BCM, and Sec
Ops scope. Your role will involve application development, maintenance, and technical support while adhering to Service
Now platform best practices. The focus areas include Cyber Security and IT Risk Management (IRM, BCM & Sec
Ops).

Main Tasks:

• Perform configuration and coding tasks, including UI changes, workflows, reports, data imports, integrations, scripting, and custom application development.
• Develop Service Request process flows in alignment with user requirements utilizing Service Catalog, Workflow, Events, and Notifications.
• Create reusable utilities to maintain a
  - code environment.
• Develop Service Portal solutions based on user requirements using Service
  Now Platform tools and modules.
• Responsible for developing Service
  Now applications, including process automation, customizations, integrations (SOAP/REST), scheduled events,
  - side/client-side scripting, and Angular
  JS to meet business needs.
• Prepare and maintain system technical design and specifications documentation.
• Analyze and fully understand user requirements and current procedures to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows, and address scheduling limitations throughout the Service
  Now roadmap.
• Perform system and integration testing, providing test data for respective scenarios.
• Provide support to analysts regarding technical feasibility and data.

Technical Skills:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience as a Service
  Now Developer.
• Knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, Performance Analytics, App-Engine for Scoped Applications, ITBM, and Service Portal technologies.
• Experience with Service
  Now GRC/IRM, Sec
  Ops, and BCM (preferred but not required).
