Service Now Senior Developer:

Responsibilities:

1. Creates forms, workflows, and prototypes
2. Develops, designs, codes, and tests technical solutions
3. Identifies system deficiencies and recommends solutions
4. Assists in the enforcement of development deadlines and schedules
5. Understands the necessity of and contributes to coding standards
6. Develops internal and external meeting objectives and agendas
7. Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively
8. Promotes active listening with team members
9. Contributes appropriately to conversations
10. Follows through with commitments and fosters mutual trust with fellow employees
11. Assumes additional responsibility without being asked

Skills:

1. Understanding of enterprise IT architecture
2. Understanding of and experience working with IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLM, Service Catalog)
3. Additional
   - have experience in HR Module, Service Portal, Agent Workspace, Virtual Agent, Dynamic Translation, NLU, and Sec
   Ops
4. Working knowledge of relational databases
5. Preferred: Service
   Now Admin Certification
6. Preferred: ITIL v3 Foundation Certification
7. Encourages fellow team members to make innovative contributions and embrace ideas
8. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
9. Demonstrated ability to influence and consult on key technical decisions during project delivery
10. A minimum of 4 years of experience with/in the following:
1. Implementing, configuring, and customizing Web Technologies (XML, HTML, Java
   Script, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, etc. )
2. Web applications, networks, protocols, and email (SMTP, POP3)
3. Experience with Service
   Now configurations and formatting data for the CMDB
4. Knowledge of technical components such as LDAPs, VPN, SSL, and other such technologies
5. Application UI Configuration
6. Workflow Configuration
7. Data Import and Management
8. Development of required specific reporting
9. Development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc. )
