Job description:

As Service
Now developer, you will be responsible for working to develop, design technical solution on Service
Now platform on IRM, BCM and Sec
Ops scope.

You will provide application development and maintenance along with technical support by following Service
Now platform best practices.

The scope of BNPP is the Cyber Security and the IT Risk (IRM, BCM & Sec
Ops).

Main Tasks:

• Configuration/Coding which includes UI changes, Workflows, Reports, data Imports, Integrations, scripting, custom application development.
• Developing Service Request process flow with respective to User requirements by utilizing Service Catalog, Workflow, Events, Notifications.
• Develop reusable utilities to maintain
  - code.
• Develop Service Portal according the user requirements for custom application utilizing Service
  Now Platform tools/modules.
• Responsible for developing the Service
  Now applications which includes automation of processes, customizations, Integrations (SOAP/REST), scheduled events, Server-side/Client-side scripting, Angular
  JS to meet the Business requirements.
• Create and maintain system technical design and specifications documentation.
• Must analyze and fully understand user requirements and current procedures to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows and address scheduling limitations throughout the development and delivery of the Service
  Now roadmap
• Performs system and integration testing by providing test data for respective scenarios developed.
• Providing support to Analysts on the technical feasibilities or data.

Technical Skills:

• Computer Science or equivalent
• Service
  Now Developer
• ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, Performance Analytics, App-Engine for Scoped Applications, ITBM, Service Portal technologies
• Service
  Now GRC/IRM, Sec
  Ops, BCM preferred but not required

Language Skills

• English (Mandatory) - Mastery
