We are looking for our next Service
Now developer:

1. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related;
2. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree;
3. Previous experience working as a Service
   Now Developer or in a similar role within ITSM/ITOM projects;
4. Familiarity with
   - specific applications of Service
   Now (e. g. , HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management);
5. Proficiency in Service
   Now platform, including modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM);
6. Experience with Service
   Now development, including customization and configuration of Service
   Now applications;
7. Strong skills in Java
   Script, HTML, CSS, and Angular
   JS;
8. Experience with other scripting languages like Glide
   Script and Jelly;
9. Knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other integration methods;
10. Experience in integrating Service
    Now with
    - party applications and tools;
11. Proficiency in working with Service
    Now data, including data import, export, and manipulation;
12. Experience with Service
    Now data schema, tables, and CMDB (Configuration Management Database);
13. Experience in creating and managing workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions;
14. Knowledge of Service
    Now Flow Designer and orchestration for automating tasks and processes;
15. Strong analytical and
    - solving skills to address complex technical challenges;
16. Ability to design and implement effective and efficient solutions;
17. Experience in managing and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget constraints;
18. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and Service
    Now solutions;
19. Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements, and creating comprehensive documentation;
20. Certification: Service
    Now Certified System Administrator; Service
    Now Certified Application Developer;
21. Fluent in English.
