WORKPLACE: Lisbon (Hybrid) PROFILE: Higher education degree in Information Technology; Minimum 3 years of professional experience in implementing projects on Service
Now; Proven experience in the installation, configuration, and administration of Service
Now; Proficiency in the Service
Now platform; Strong knowledge of the Now Platform and ITSM (Incidents, Problems, Changes); Knowledge of the Now Create methodology and agile methodologies; Web development skills with HTML5, CSS3, Java
Script, Ajax, and Web Services; Experience with REST and/or SOAP; Accreditations and certifications on the Service
Now platform, such as CSA, CIS, CAD; Knowledge of ITOM, ITBM, CSM, FSM modules, and the ITIL framework is valued; Knowledge of Portal, Mobile, and Mid
Server is a plus; Fluent in Portuguese; Good knowledge of English; Good ability to transform requirements into development; Strong sense of proactivity, responsibility, and autonomy; Good teamwork skills.
