Cegid is seeking a skilled and experienced Service
Now Developer to join its core team. The candidate will work on the MCO of our Service
Now platform. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent
- solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a
- paced environment.

As a Service
Now Developer you will:

1. TMA/MCO Activities:
   1. Perform routine maintenance and updates on the Service
      Now platform.
   2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal performance.
   3. Monitor system health and proactively address potential problems.
2. Development and Customization:
   1. Develop and customize Service
      Now applications, workflows, and integrations.
   2. Create and maintain scripts, business rules, UI actions, etc.
   3. Collaborate with
      - functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
3. Documentation and Training:
   1. Document development activities, configurations, and customizations.
   2. Provide training and support to
      - users and other team members.
4. Continuous Improvement:
   1. Stay
      -
      - date with the latest Service
      Now features and best practices.
   2. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Service
      Now environment.
