Service Now Senior Developer:
Responsibilities:
• Creates forms, workflows and prototypes
• Develop, Designs, codes and tests technical solutions
• Identifies system deficiencies and recommends solutions
• Assists in enforcement of development deadlines and schedules
• Understands the necessity of and contributes to coding standards
• Develops internal and external meeting objectives and agendas
• Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively
• Promotes active listening with team members
• Contributes appropriately to conversations
• Follows through with commitments and fosters mutual trust with fellow employees
• Assumes additional responsibility without being asked.
Skills:
• Understanding of enterprise IT architecture
• Understanding of and experience working with IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLM, Service Catalog)
• Additional must require experience is on HR Module , Service Portal , Agent workspace, Virtual agent, Dynamic Translation, NLU and SecOps.
• Working knowledge of relational databases
• Preferred: Service now Admin Certification
• Preferred: ITIL v3 Foundation Certification
• Encourages fellow team members to make innovative contributions and embrace ideas
• Other tasks/duties as assigned
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery
• A minimum of 4 years of experience with/in the following:
• Implementing, configuring and customizing Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, etc. )
• Web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3)
• Experience with ServiceNow configuration(s) and formatting data for the CMDB
• Knowledge of technical components such as LDAPs, VPN, SSL and other such technologies.
• Application UI Configuration
• Workflow Configuration
• Data Import and Management
• Development of required requested specific reporting
• Development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc)
