We are looking for an experienced Service
Now Consultant for a long term role in this project in Lisbon or Porto.

Your key responsibilities

1. Defining and implementing technical and business requirements to implement Service Now platform (ITSM, ITOM, GRC, etc. );
2. Acting as a lead across all aspects of Service
   Now project and solution delivery;
3. Overseeing application and workflow configuration;
4. Developing
   - specific reporting processes and integration components;
5. Providing trusted advice on how digital transformation and technology enablement can lead to improved performance;
6. Working closely with Service
   Now technical teams;
7. Experience with the ITSM and GRC modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Compliance Management;
8. Contributing to clients’ business development;
9. Supporting the team management.

To qualify for the role, you must have

1. Academic education preferably in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar fields of study;
2. At least 2 years of Service
   Now technical experience;
3. Proven experience with ITSM and GRC modules in Service
   Now;
4. Project management skills: autonomy and proactivity, conducting analysis from beginning to end and structuring the final deliverable fulfilling demanding plans;
5. Full Portuguese and English Proficiency.
