Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Hands-on experience in maintaining configuration management database (CMDB) health within the Service
   Now platform.
2. Configure and maintain CMDB classes, attributes, and relationships to reflect the IT infrastructure accurately.
3. Understand and utilize identification and reconciliation tools to maintain CMDB integrity.
4. Monitor and manage CMDB health, including identifying and resolving data quality issues and ensuring data compliance with established guidelines.
5. Collaborate with other IT service management teams to ensure integration of CMDB with Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management processes.
6. Monitor discovery performance metrics and proactively address any deviations or bottlenecks to maintain CMDB data quality and completeness.

Requirements:

1. Practical experience with CMDB in Service
   Now.
2. Knowledge of data identification and reconciliation tools.
3. Experience in integrating CMDB with ITSM processes.
