Now Business Analyst

At Capgemini Portugal, we are searching for a Service
Now Business Analyst to reinforce our teams.

If you have at least 3 years of experience working with Service
Now, your place is with us!

You will be joining our team and working closely with our clients.

What are we looking for?

1. Degree in Computer Science or similar;
2. At least 3 years managing Service
   Now products;
3. Experience in process discovery and analysis, requirements preparation and transformation into business stories;
4. Elaboration of documentation and quality assurance to comply with business requirements and Case Management solution;
5. Work with teams of both functional and technical consultants through requirements gathering and design of Service
   Now;
6. Certifications are a plus.
