We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service
Now Developer to join our team in Porto. The ideal candidate will possess both technical and functional expertise in Service
Now, along with a strong commitment to delivering
- quality results. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining Service
Now applications, with a focus on Flow Designer, CMDB/CSDM, and IRE mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain Service
   Now applications with a focus on Flow Designer, CMDB/CSDM, and IRE mechanisms.
2. Collaborate with
   - functional teams in a multicultural environment to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
3. Ensure
   - quality results, adhering to deadlines and project objectives.
4. Provide support and troubleshooting for Service
   Now applications.
5. Maintain detailed documentation of processes, methodologies, and directives.
6. Use MS Office tools, especially Excel and Power
   Point, to prepare reports and presentations.

Qualifications:

1. Academic degree in IT or at least 5 years of experience in the IT field.
2. Technical and Functional Expertise on Service
   Now (mandatory).
3. Fluency in French and/or Spanish is highly valuable.
4. Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and Power
   Point.
5. Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
6. Ability to work autonomously and manage workload effectively.
7. Strong attention to detail and systematic, critical, and logical thinking.
8. Service
   Now Advanced Developer certification is preferred.
9. Commitment to team objectives and respect for procedures and methodologies.
