As a Service
Now Developer, you will be responsible for developing and designing technical solutions on the Service
Now platform, specifically in the areas of IRM, BCM, and Sec
Ops.

You will provide application development and maintenance along with technical support by following Service
Now platform best practices.

The scope includes Cyber Security and IT Risk (IRM, BCM & Sec
Ops).

Main Tasks:

• Configuration/Coding, which includes UI changes, Workflows, Reports, data Imports, Integrations, scripting, and custom application development.
• Developing Service Request process flows according to user requirements by utilizing Service Catalog, Workflow, Events, and Notifications.
• Develop reusable utilities to maintain
  - code.
• Develop Service Portal according to user requirements for custom applications utilizing Service
  Now Platform tools/modules.
• Responsible for developing Service
  Now applications, which includes automation of processes, customizations, Integrations (SOAP/REST), scheduled events, Server-side/Client-side scripting, and Angular
  JS to meet business requirements.
• Create and maintain system technical design and specifications documentation.
• Analyze and fully understand user requirements and current procedures to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows, and address scheduling limitations throughout the development and delivery of the Service
  Now roadmap.
• Perform system and integration testing by providing test data for respective scenarios developed.
• Provide support to Analysts on technical feasibilities or data.

Technical Skills:

• Computer Science or equivalent
• Service
  Now Developer
• ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, Performance Analytics, App-Engine for Scoped Applications, ITBM, and Service Portal technologies
• Service
  Now GRC/IRM, Sec
  Ops, and BCM preferred but not required.
