We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:

Service Transition Manager (m/f) - Hybrid (Porto)

What do you need to have:

Hard Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in service management, with a focus on service transition.
SIAM (Service Integration and Management) principles.
Proven experience in integration and coordination of multiple service providers in a complex,
- supplier ecosystem.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
SIAM certification is highly desirable.
Familiarity with service management tools and software.
Proven track record of successful service transitions in a complex IT environment.
Willingness to travel abroad when necessary.
Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
