Description

Service Transition Manager

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in service management, with a focus on service transition.
3. Strong knowledge of and experience with:
1. ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library);
2. SIAM (Service Integration and Management) principles.
4. Proven experience in integration and coordination of multiple service providers in a complex,
   - supplier ecosystem.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
6. Strong analytical and
   - solving abilities.
7. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
8. SIAM certification is highly desirable.
9. Familiarity with service management tools and software.
10. Proven track record of successful service transitions in a complex IT environment.
11. Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
12. Willingness to travel abroad when necessary.
